Paint and Laminate Removal

We start by removing the contaminated paint and laminate using our in-house designed and specialist peeling machine. This machine ensures the best possible outcome for material removal.

Post-Curing Blankets

Next, we apply post-curing blankets to the hull. These blankets are applied under an absolute vacuum and heated to post-cure the contaminants that cause osmosis. This meticulous process ensures thorough curing and prevents future issues.

Vinyl Ester Laminate Application

We then apply a vinyl ester laminate far superior to and exceeding the original factory laminate. This high-quality laminate provides excellent protection and durability for your boat.

Epoxy Mastic Coatings and Antifouling

Finally, we apply epoxy mastic coatings and antifouling. These coatings provide unparalleled protection from harmful water elements, ensuring your boat remains in top condition.

Osmosis Gallery

Our gallery showcases our team's meticulous work during osmosis repair projects. The images demonstrate our process, including the use of drying blankets to cure the hull's laminate and the application of in-house designed body working compound and coatings. We use only the best products available in the marine industry to ensure a superior finish for your boat's hull.
